WI Trail Lake Runners was founded in 2018 by a group of friends who wanted to get together for rides to support local establishments. Since then, we've grown into a community of over 50 members who regularly participate in events and activities. We're proud of what we've accomplished so far and excited for what's to come!
At WI Trail Lake Runners, we welcome members with all levels of riding experience and strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We also prioritize giving back to our community through volunteering and charitable donations.
When you join WI Trail Lake Runners, you'll gain access to a variety of exclusive benefits, including discounts at local businesses, early access to club events, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. Plus, you'll be supporting a community of passionate ATV/UTV riding enthusiasts!
Wisconsin Trail Lake Runners Club is reaching out to our current business members and potential future business members to express our gratitude for your support. In 2025 the Wisconsin Trail Lake Runners Club will have several events to garner funds for the club. These monies will go to trail openings, setup, grooming, and when needed charitable events to help our membership and community. Wisconsin Trail Lake Runners Club is a 501(c)(3). Although membership dues are not deductible, donations over and above dues can be deductible on your business taxes forms.
Donations that have been given in past years have been in the form of cash, bottles of booze, gift cards, meats for raffles, as well as other items. Again, we thank you for your continued support.
Currently to raise funds we have done meat raffles sponsored by the Bamboo Bar, held membership drives, winter ride to Five Bar, summer long poker run (all participating sponsors and sponsors from out of area THANK YOU!), Halloween ride, etc. We plan to do our annual Run the Lake event (WINTER), Run to Five Bar (SPRING/WINTER), Poker Run (SUMMER), a cookout in summer (last year at Take a Chance) and our Halloween (FALL ride). We have also gotten some volunteers to start organizing rides for people in between these rides above. We are always willing to do an event with your establishment if you reach out so we can partner!
BUSINESS - Please get your membership fee in by January 25th to be included in our Run the Lake Ride! Business membership is $100 which we include you as a sponsor on our website/Facebook. For an additional donation whether it be cash, raffle items, etc. of up to $50 – this will include your business card on our trailheads and maps we put out as a sponsor of the club. Again, no items are too big or too small to donate and we will not continue to ask for donations throughout the year to make it more simplistic for you to donate.
If you would like to give a donation for our upcoming events, please let anyone below know and we can arrange to pick it up.
The upcoming events planned for the near future are:
- Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner - Saturday, January 25, 2024
- Meat Raffle (Snake Slayer) - Saturday, February 1, 2025
- Run the Lake - Saturday, February 15, 2025
